thanks for making this, this had to be adressed most tier lists are based of viability on PLAYING THINGS GOOD TO PERFECT often tier listen should also be based on "how easy you can pick up a class and do well with" those 2 thigns are often in conflict because not every class is easy to pick up, but once you pick things up you climb fairly easily its harder to do well on first timing mage over first timing fury warr but once you pick a thing or 2 up between the class mechanic and playstyle i can see mage climbing more

Nobody can SOLO carry a damn blitz, that's a joke if they claim they do. And people who are high rank just got a lucky streak. I know for a fact because I have multi characters and one of my alts who I'm just learning is at 1600 with barely any games played, while my main struggled HARD to get there.
What they never tell you about disc in these videos is that it is the healer that scales most with your teammates. If your teammates can't put out pressure, or perhaps is one of those caster specs into a double melee lobby, than instead of getting to carry the game with mana efficient atonement healing you will instead be forced into inefficient flash heal spam and go from being a top tier healer to worse than its holy counter part. Disc is good, but some lobbies will make you hate life.
For affliction locks, getting kicked really isn't terrible if you already have some dots up. Bait them into kicking me, cast 1-2 rapture and the kicks over and out of the way
Yeah unless you get a really good melee. Warrior reflects first UA, kicks next, stuns next, trinkets coil, kick up again he kicks it, now your off stun dr he shockwaves next etc.
I think it’s absolutely hilarious how EVERYBODY is sleeping on the Elemental lightning build. I’ve played nothing but lightning build and I am SHITTING on people. The only bad thing you can say about it, is that you have to hard cast lightning bolt but that’s not that big of a deal when playing volcanic surge because your cast times are very fast. And the burst you can get with tempest, earth shock, and storekeeper lightning bolts really takes people by surprise.
I’ve been learning sub rogue and felt good doing RBG/Arena up to 80 but then I got full geared and although I don’t feel like I’m playing bad the DPS is MUCH lower. It’s tough for sure but honestly I love the way the class plays so I’m gonna stick to it and figure it out 😂🫡
The class isn't called Huntards for nothing. Blizz had to double the defensives of the already easiest class just to help hunter players get to 1800. It's so insane that the defensive nerfs they just did weren't even noticable up to 1800.

New to pvp. 2s seems broken when you allow healers. Skirmishes don’t allow it but rated does and it feels like it ruins them. Is this just a skill thing or is there a massive advantage if you play a healer in 2s? If so why don’t blizzard fix it?
Creating rated 2v2 queue without healers is equivalent of creating rouge/mage queue. You literally cant win as double dps vs rouge/mage. So no, you would need to forbid rouge mage. Good mage and rouge could easily 1v2 most of dps classes
You know, i have a holy paladin and priest that are both 1600ish, but the most fun ive had in a looong time in pvp is taking my fresh 80 evoker in honour gear that i lvld in timewalking and had no idea how to play, and just throwing him into ss to try and learn. Even though im at 1100 rating on him im having more fun, and i think its because since i know im trash, i get less tilted on losses, and just focus on trying to use my buttons properly. Edit: pres evoker, not dev. I almost never do dps ss cause of the queue times.
Boomkin only looks tanky on paper. I would argue it's actually one of the squishiest classes overall compared to last xpac. All you have is barkskin, renewal, and frenzied regen. Frenzied regen feels way weaker than in the past combined with that you have to sacrifice all of the healing talents and take some useless feral talents to even get to the defensive endcap talents now. Don't even get me started on regrowth. Might as well not even have a normal heal honestly. Regrowth chain-casting barely outpaces a couple dots on you. Boomy does good dmg but it requires setup w/ immaculate clones, root beams, and kiting. If boomy looks strong on the top of the ladder i can almost guarantee it is just Rudar and Supatease being mechanical gods.
Blizzard should boost healers rewards for solo queues. Like boost it to heaven. 1 conq token for 15min solo shuffle game is too slow. If we want to have faster queues overall people need to be interested in queueing as healer
this is the exact reason why on LoL you have really different metas between each tier, and why Riot struggle to balance stuff (you buff Lee Sin on low elo? be ready to have him on god-tier at high elo!) its a fking nightmare :D Subtetly rogue is the most impacted, its totally shit at low rated, but if its whaazz playng it........

6:25 "better defensive kit than ever before"????? Nooooo, it has been better like when frenzied regen actually healed us well. We were competitively defensive then basically since they nerfed that, we have gotten progressively worse as everyone has gotten markedly better.

40min shuffle q times to only be mmr hardcapped to 2.4, none of this class stuff matters until people can obtain the rewards. hell no one even has glad yet lmao
If you really enjoy it, you're likely to play it a lot more... to get really good at it... and who knows, maybe end up as one of the top 4-5% of boomies! Play what you love and let the rating take care of itself. Just my 2-cents. Cheers!
Agreed but destro is not the easiest but the hardest spec. You wont win a single game at 2.1+ with not casting a single bolt. But bolt locks on you on everything compsred to ui. Also not casting as destro punishes you mor e than affli sinxe the instant dot dmg is overall higher on affli.
I think it's useful to realize that playing as a team is more important than raw damage throughput. Every class has utility for a reason. And every class should be able to use that not just for themselves, but for their teammates, too. Just a little food for thought.

Training casters isn't as viable as it once was. Mages are are as slippery as huntards now and cast just about as much. Locks and spriest are tanky as hell now too without sacrificing too much dmg. Feral being forced into bear or fury warrior forced into defensive stance actually lose a lot more dmg than these casters do bc casters have 1,000,000 escapes and defensives. Hpal being the top healer for SS exasperates this even more by doubling the already doubled survivability of these casters from melee.
Arena still has people playing bc it gives 88 conq for 2s and 98 for 3s wins. SS is just used for healers to funnel conq tokens to alts, so the DPS have 20-30 min queues. Blitz is where the real men go when geared.
I hope I never have to step into BGBlitz, ever. PVP has and always will only be about killing people, not PVE objectives like silly flag carrying and bases. That's for weaklings that want to play make-believe PVP
@@OWlsfordshire no. It's an extra objective to spice things up for WoW. For other games where the pool of actions is low (e.g. shooters) these PVE objectives are mandatory but for WoW pvp there's enough diversity with just people trying to kill each other, which is where true PVP skill lies.
you always say dev is the tankiest caster, i struggle to understand whether we are playign the same game, its one of the onyl caster that has nothing to use in a stun, no iceblock, no dispersion, no sheilds. and im pretty sure it has one of the higest death rates in all content. pvp and pve last time i checked.

UHdk got nerfed because of braindead 1400 players and is now basically unplayable at 2100+ I absolutely hate that low cr players get a voice in balancing

The game should be balanced around 3v3 arena 1950-2100+. Glad range is a bit high to balance around classes like sub rogue i think.
Casters are definitely often the target. Mostly because training a caster lowers their damage output and their ability to land cc (fear, poly, clone, etc).

Looks like a combo of GSE and one-button macro codes. Button changes on conditions written into the code.
It is not a heal suggestion. It is the button that is currently being pressed by the player.
