Some minute correction,skeletal muscles has 4 times glycogen than liver.if wrong , correct me

The liver stores about 150 gm glycogen (10% of its actual weight)
Total muscle glycogen is about 300gm in an adult with 30kg lean muscle mass (1% of its weight) this means hepatocytes stores way more glycogen than myocytes

Im pretty sure Insulin stimulates glycolysis in muscle... Muscle cells can not convert glucose-6-phosphate into glucose... they dont have the enzyme glucose-6Pase. Otherwise good video
