This is one of the most useful roasting tutorial I have seen so far in my journey. Seeing it live as Willem roasts is for sure a high wire act, but it also is a perfect illustration of what happens to many of us (home roasters), when we have total and complete control over a roast and then we change something or hit a temperature or fan button by accident and you have to regain control of the roast through FC and development. This was awesome and I can’t thank you enough.

Would you recommend 55Hz drum speed on most W6A profiles?

Good analysis re preblending. Would be great to hear more on RoR throughhout roast in particular through FC and during later development phase.

Thus is a good tutorial, although your going back and forth with your technical difficulties with the video took a lot away from the process.

I don’t understand the RoR just at FC! It says on software screen that is is a rate of rise of 1.6 and 1.7 or so? Is that in Celcius? That’s so close to stalling. Is that the correct RoR?
