I made this recipe for dinner one night. I probably won't make it again because parma ham is expensive where I live, but it was tasty. If you make this (or any pan-seared chicken recipe) be sure to pound the chicken flat so that it has even thickness across the breast. If it's thicker in some parts than others, you're either going to overcook the thin parts or undercook the thick parts.
@Paggee move to spain, parma ham is made everywhere and rather cheap with different levels of taste, jamon serrano or iberico and jamon iberico bellota the best cured ham. at least in spain

I'm not a chef but I can definitely tell You that the parma ham is burnt and because of this it will be so salty (basically if U cook the parma ham all the salt will comes out and it is NOT a good thing)! Just an advice.. Don't cook the parma ham but just lay it on once the chicken is cooked and hot so the parma ham will melt all over the breast and u won't loose his sweetness! FROM ITALY WITH LOVE ;)
