When I do nomad runs I like to also have the Fear The Sun mod active. It makes rolling into a new town entirely unpredictable, you never know just how many infected there are or where most have gathered

I like the red British double decker bus mod, with its associated interior.
Two floors that are around 5 tiles wide and about 20 or 30 tiles long.
Some of the seat benches can't be dismantled or picked up, so you have to use the sledgehammer to destroy them, but you can really make a good home inside.

Hey bladiuss! The KBAC trailer is spelled differently. Its spelled as "Kvas" (A slavic drink out of bread fermented in water.) The modder made it KBAC because thats how they write it in their language.
Also you forgot to mention other amazing mods by Tsar mods! Such as the DeRumba van, which starts as a normal van, and you can turn it into an RV all by yourself! (E.g. installing beds, microwaves in the van and stuff). I like the DeRumba van because its far the smallest and most agile car that can be used by nomads, yet it can act just like other trusty RV's and you can armor it and upgrade it just like the other Tsar RVs!
I dont know if this fits the category, but Aquatsar boats are really good for survival too! I had a run where i survived on the water in a yacht. You can use the yacht's sail to sail without using your engine! Just remember to keep your compass and listen to automated emergency broadcast every day to know the wind speed and direction! (The RV interior mod has support for Aquatsar boats too!)

Hi there, my friend! Aquatsar boats and the DeRumba definitely deserve a spot in the video. In hindsight, I should have included them since they offer incredibly new playstyles, especially the Aquatsar boats, which open the door to an aquatic/nomadic playstyle that is absolutely amazing! By the way, the KBAC stands for "Kingly Benzin Amazing Cistern" (abbreviated as KBAC), as stated on the modder's page. I'm not completely sure if it's a clever nod to the word in Slavic, but it could very well be.
@@bladiuss The modder knew he was making a reference to the drink! The cistern texture is based on what painted portable liquid cisterns in which Russians (And many other slavic nations) transported and sold the drink around towns and cities!
The "Kingly Benzin Amazing Cistern" term is a joke reference to the drink. Atop to confirm this, the KBAC text on the cistern is written in tradittional russian letters which were used mostly in the early modern centuries and frequently written in on cisterns for better look.
@@mr_pukish I definitely didn't know about that. I thought it was just a random name the modder chose for the trailer. But now that you've added all that context, it has become much clearer. I also went on the internet and saw pictures of cisterns in various Slavic countries, so now there's no doubt about it. I'll try to pronounce it as "Kvas" next time.

KBAC trailer is pretty funny. It actually says KVASS written in cyrrilic. Back in the day you could find these trailers all over USSR and post-Soviet countries selling kvass (it's like a soda made out of bread through fermentation with 0.5% alcohol content)

there is an "extraction quest" mod where you must find a specific radio before being allowed to take on an extraction attempt. havent played through that mod entirely, but it does add a primary goal other than just surviving.
The devs need to get their heads out of their asses.

Fun fact about the more traits mod. Martial Artist and Action hero together make you turn into Neo from the matrix (Not really, it just makes you able to destroy massive hordes just by pushing zombies lmao)

Hello, could you cover a new mod called AutoTurret? It's probably the best turret mod for PZ. It has a great 3D model and it's own animation that rotates the turret to face a zombie. The turret itself work like a vehicle, not as a furniture like the old TF2 style angry turret mods we have a while back. It's still fresh, released 2-3 days ago (July, 29th). The mod currently has no reviews and it needs the recognition it deserves.

Brita's Armor pack is incredibly OP (And also 3 gigabytes???)
Did my own personal edit for singleplayer and compressed the files down to 400 Mb along with nerfing the spawn rates, protection, and backpacks to vanilla ranges.

Hi I hope you can help me with this problem. Dunno if a lot of people have this mod installed but i recently added the mod RV interior, but when i tried to load up the game it would be stuck in Ui_loading_texturepack, when i removed the mod however, the game would load up normally.
Hello there! This mod doesn't play well with non-standard maps, like Challenge maps, and it might have some compatibility quirks with other mods that introduce new maps, such as the Walter White's RV mod. So, to avoid any issues, try disabling any other mods that could potentially cause compatibility problems.

Be cause after I do this, the situation above occur even if I reinstall the game and add only RV mod.
@@trannhatanh-ms05tran38 It could be related to an issue with the mod's installation. To troubleshoot this, try uninstalling the mod first. Then, reinstall it by simply clicking the "Subscribe" button on the mod's workshop page on Steam. This should typically work without any problems. After reinstalling, test the mod in-game to see if you can access the interiors of vehicles like buses and RVs. Make sure to do this without any other mods enabled to rule out any potential conflicts.

It's not kbac trailer, lol. It's called kvas, a traditional Russian drink, somewhat looks like a root beer, but is made out of bread. I personally hate it's taste, but most Russian people love it.

KBAC - your key back reads "kwas" and means Kvass
RV Interior + Onifurniture creates a crazy combo, that allows you to take away all in a town in a haul.

How do you find those vehicles so quickly like do i spawn them in?
Certain places tend to spawn these types of vehicles more often, such as parking lots, garages, car shops, and city centers. Another option is to spawn them using the debug mode, although I wouldn't recommend it as it can be quite immersion-breaking in my opinion.

Hi there, thanks for the sub! you can check the which mods are being used in any game in the right lower corner of the option menu. There will be a section called mods. Also in MP only the admin and their delegates can install mods, so don't worry if you have mods installed in your other playtroughs.

Has anyone gotten the nomad start mods to work on multiplayer. The mod says it's not tested or supported, but may work.
I haven't tested it in multiplayer, but I read comments on the workshop from others mentioning it didn't work.
@@bladiuss So, I did test it on a server with a friend. There are a couple of issues, but nothing you can't work around. What I have seen so far: 1. The initial RV that spawns with you doesn't seem to work properly in multiplayer. You can use admin mode to spawn a new one that will work properly.
2. After I died I was not able to select the nomad classes from the new character creation screen. The initial creation screen works as intended, but something about that second one is not working.
What if you save a preset of your initial character with the nomad profession and use it for your second character? Does it work that way?
@@bladiuss No. I save presets on all my characters. That’s how I noticed it didn’t work. The points weren’t balanced out like they should have been. Just leaves you with the default class. Weirdly enough the actual RV trait is still there so you could spawn in with the RV just without the skills of the nomad class.

@@bladiuss That's a joke. This is clearly a kvass (квас) barrel (aka sweet fermented drink popular in Eastern Europe). It even has the staple ears of rye depicted on it. You can see similar barrels on this wiki page en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kvass. So for those who know, this mod is immersion-breaking in a way.

Is Monkey's start scenarios working atm? Last time I tried it it wasn't
Yes, it is currently working. However, it requires you to subscribe to other mods for it to function properly. Here's a breakdown:
"Monkey's Start Scenario - RV Nomad" requires "Monkey's Start Scenario - Base" and "Filibuster Rhymes' Used Cars!".
On the other hand, "Monkey's Start Scenario - Base" requires four other mods: "Monkey's Start Scenario - Biker Nomad", "Monkey's Start Scenario - RV Nomad", "Monkey's Start Scenario - Jaap Nomad", and "Monkey's Start Scenario - Semi Truck Trailer Nomad".
Each of these mods also has its own set of requirements, so it can be a bit complex to keep track of them all. What I recommend is to visit the mod's page. On the right side of the Subscribe button, you'll find a tab called "Required Mods". Make sure you are subscribed to all of them, and if you encounter any issues, please let me know!

The RV mod lets you pull off this trick. Apparently, each RV interior is stashed in a separate map that players can't normally reach, and there's a bunch of rain collectors filled with water on the ceilings. It might not make perfect sense, but that's the deal

Ah, gotcha now. My bad for the confusion. Just toss the sink and a pipe wrench into your inventory. Right-click where you want to plug the sink, and your character's got the trick down. Easy peasy!

Hi there! All the mods featured in the video are multiplayer compatible, except for Monkey's Start Scenario. As for the Armored MH MkII, I couldn't find any information on its page regarding multiplayer compatibility, so it's best to double-check before using it in multiplayer.

If nomad Camper runs were more realistiic the water wouldnt be Unlimited, should be like 1000 or whatever makes sense because water does run out
I agree with you. There should be a way to regulate the water levels on an RV.
For my immersion I take out the sinks and replace them with the water coolers you find in office buildings. I also put in a wood stove and carry a bunch of metal pots to collect rain water.

If you're talking about the water inside the RV Interior vehicles, then it's not unlimited. It starts off connected to mains water and power (because behind the scenes the vehicle interiors are just buildings, and Zomboid hard-codes all buildings to be connected the grid). However, once the water goes out, you no longer have infinite water. Interiors for vehicles which come with sinks, like RVs and caravans, have rain catcher barrels built onto the roof, and you can plumb your sinks to them. Vehicles like busses don't have rain catchers, and you have to rely on water coolers and the like.

More traits makes the game ridiculously easy. Don't install unless you basically want cheats.
It certainly brings many overpowered positive traits to the table, but it also introduces a slew of challenging negative traits, such as the Burned Patient and Noodle Fingers. So, if you're seeking an even greater challenge, you can opt for only negative traits and make your playthrough even more demanding

The nomad experience in vanilla is pretty good, no doubt about it. But let me tell you, things really amp up when you start diving into mods. They bring a whole new dimension to the game, opening up tons of opportunities and challenges you wouldn't even imagine. Seriously, it's like a whole new world of excitement waiting for you.
