This is giving me similar vibes to your Day in the Life Vlog and I hope to see more of these kinds of videos, they seem a lot more personal and fun I really enjoyed watching it!!
Great content man👍! A professional badminton player's lifestyle never comes close to my eye like this. I also play badminton as a habit, it gives me so much fun in life, so your video is a huge inspiration🤩. From the warm-up, and the exercises, to diet, and recovery. Every second of your video counts to me man, for real. Just a quick tip🧐: next time when you film your talking scene, make sure your face is full on the screen bro, although it isn't as important as the other part. All the best to you man❤️! Looking forward to your next bit of content, I'm now really curious about your warm-up routine, hope it's gonna be in some of yours.
When you back home from the Olympic, can you make a video about your warm up and some off court training to improve physical for badminton. Much appreciate.
Hey howard i was wondering whether you would consider your split step being quite large/slow?I was just wondering if reducing it would perhaps make you faster on court?Anyways great video and best of luck!!
Hi Howard, best of luck against Popov and Ginting. Btw, why are you still using the arcsaber 11? Aren't the other latest racquets (100zz, 1000z, arcsaber 11 pro, 88d pro) just going to be overall better rackets?
I got a bunch of this dudes autographs and relic cards from packs of topps… Howard how did they go about obtaining those relics from you if you don’t mind me asking? Were they actually used in a match you played or just event worn?
Olympic prep???? This is nothing bro, go see other powerhouse countries in Asia and see how they train lol. Chinese national team literally does 100+ shuttle run, probably 2000+ double skipping rope, running 5km+, thousands of shuttles and that’s just warm up for the morning lol.
I just saw you on the olympic opening ceremony in the front of the boat with LeBron James! Give your best, I am rooting for you!!
Best of luck !!

Best of luck . Try your best. Strategy against Ginting - dont lift to him 😂
howard nice try against popov better luck next times !
Players representing Canada and USA, if they can focus on court workout like they do spending their time on Vlog, they will bring results
Goodluck facing Ginting & Popov 😏
Are you Taiwanese?
