In my opinion you can get really cool and neat things for under 250. For 57$ I got 2 packs of 6 5inch canister shells, aka 12 total, which all have different effects and colors. Get some cakes and other goodies for pretty cheap as well, best of all, salute crackers lol those are crazy loud for the size and cheap price
