I would not offer 30 terms. You are putting your Seff out business for the future. I always cover full mortgage amount. between 10 to 15 or 20 yrs. Average homeowners pay off the loan between 15 to 20 yrs. or move to another home during that time frame. My focused is repeated business for the future on the same clients. Remember new homeowners are almost broke when purchase their home at the beginning!
They’re not gunna want an expensive term policy 20 years down the line when they’re 20 years older, and if you’re waiting for 20 years for that other business to come in to resell them that’s a super long time just go find new clients lol smh
