Servo motor control with Blynk over WIFI
The slider on the Blynk app will send a value to the NodeMCU (ESP8266) and this value will be written on PIN D8 and the servo rotates that much degrees

I always installed my servo backwards, with white pin moving stuff around.
Now I know how to use it properly, so the servo case is actually moving things around.

I need a servo to continually rotate for 3 seconds. I have a DM-S0090D and a TowerPro SG90. will that do? what do i need to change in the code to make it rotate 360 4 times...lets say

Does this work if I connect my phone with a wifi network different than the one connected with the arduino device?
0:36 there is like a 2- 3 second delay and that is a big gap for wire less controllers. But is still nice
a question , doesnt SG90 oprate at 5V ?

Actually, I did this just last night and I disconnected my phone from wifi and it still worked.
ESP needs to be on wifi, you can be anywhere with your phone so its not local only
Getting some conflicting answers here. I would think it's just your local WiFi. If you're at a remote location and aren't connected to your local network... the signal would have to go thru someone's Cloud Server. I don't see anything in the setup that would provide that.
But... I don't know what I don't know...

Is the NodeMCU connected to a computer or the whole thing will still work with a battery pack?
it will work with any 5v dc power source
Hi everybody! Can anybody help me, please? Using wemos mini on esp8266 to control servo, servo range is just 90 degrees, but must be 180. Do You know how to solve that, please?
