I don’t understand why, but the way she talks and kinda goes in and out of soft spoken and whisper works insanely well for me. I’m usually out in like 5 minutes when I listen to her. 😴

Definitely a coincidence (particularly given that the roleplay indicates the injury was a few months ago but I've been having pain all the time for years), but I actually really needed a reminder to do physical therapy and stretching for my neck, and the advice was on-point. Tore a bunch of muscles and ligaments in my neck years ago and never really took the time to recover, so this was much-needed as both a relaxing experience and as a reminder that there's work to be done in addressing that.

I have a physical disability on my arms, legs and back. I only get physical twice a week during school. I should be getting it regularly, but I can't go to a regular physician because my body is very complicated. The exercises make my body worse. I've had surgery on both arms and right shoulder. The exercises are what physicians ask the most to do. In my case, that is. We always have to try and look for an alternative form of the exercises. It really sucks
As a chronic pain physical therapist, I gotta say, great job!

I have one interesting and original idea for ASMR video, please make a video dedicated entirely to the sounds of tape, I advise you to use as many different types of sticky tapes, if used correctly, they give out a beautiful sound, but the originality and main idea is not in this, but in a special feed, you need to film this video with taped mouth, this will give you an unusual and attractive appearance, so for such a feauture you need silver or black tape, they will look best. Just want to say that the tape is very underrated trigger, so I will hope for this video, it will not have to invent any words, will visual no talking it will be unique and gain a lot of views.
