I'm with you on the sheeting being preferred to beading. It would be interesting to see the sheeting products on a horizontal panel to see how they sheet. Hoods, roofs, and trunk lids are where I see the most problems with water spots.
Totally agree with the sheeting part. Beads just leave dust spots or water marks. The glass industry self cleaning windows / shower panels etc use hydrophilic compounds instead of hydrophobic. Hard to self a product when people can’t see it. Beading sells products.
Oh my god, Brian. You are using the bottle that I gave you two years ago or so roughly. I can tell because they don’t make that bottle anymore. I gave you that bottle because you didn’t charge me for getting rid of the problem on the plastic trim on my wife’s car. To this day I really appreciate it. I know you’re a busy man Brian but did you have to wait 2 1/2 years to make a video out of it? Lol 🤣🤣🤣
Love the continuing education of these products and proper methods Brian! Would love a paint correction/enhancement/protection series on a silver car. Perhaps a VW/VAG reflex silver since there’s so many out there. I know… you can’t pick and choose. Additionally, silver doesn’t pop on camera and what not but the many of us silver car owners would love and absolutely appreciate, a series and what products you would use on getting the best out of the finish. Thanks so much for considering. I apologize if I missed previous videos on the subject.
Hey Brian another great informative video. I too am starting to enjoy sheeting products over the beading ones. That’s said I would like to ask what other products produce a sheeting effect. Maybe 3-5 products just so I can compare and do some Homework on them. Thank you again and you’ve been very informative to watch. Again thank you and look forward to hearing back.
Klasse high gloss paint sealant, Ammo has a coating, Artdeshine Nano gloss paint sealant, HD Nitro seal...and ours....apexsurfaceprotection.store/collections/apex-surface-protection-products/products/apex-surface-protection-rehydra-sheet
The issue ive always had with sheeting is forever, i always assioated it with my wax/sealant protection starting to fail...i know its not the same but thats way i think of it
I LOVE sheeting! Beads are gorgeous looking but not economical for taking care of a car in our area of PA with all this hard water. Wonderful video! Thank you Brian.
So it's a slow sheeter. I did have to rewind to see where the tape line was because I really couldn't see where it was. That just means I have a terrible memory. Thanks Brian!
You introduced me to clean garage and I'm so glad you did. The girlfriend not so much. The bank account not much a fan lol. But man I love when those boxes come in the mail lol
Klasse paint sealant. I believe AMMO has a coating that sheets. And ours as well......apexsurfaceprotection.store/collections/apex-surface-protection-products/products/apex-surface-protection-rehydra-sheet
$22.50 on Amazon for 16Oz seems slightly above a comfortable price point but I'm still going to try a bottle. I absolutely hate how all these amazing products are made to bead for looks instead of worrying about functionality

@@apexdetail85, Thanks bro much appreciated. They also have discontinued Mystic and it's now called Detail Spray with a different label. The owner of Americana said they added more Si02 and also made it more direct sunlight usable. My gallon just came in the other day but I just coated the car with Re-Hydra Sheet lol. Bought the small bottle and already ordered a gallon. Going to wait awhile to try it. I don't want it masking the Re-Hydra
Why do'nt the car car dealers by a good quality products to get rid of dirt and stop wasting time and busting out yourself on cheap rubbish car cleaning chemicals
Let the SHEETING begin!
AGREED..
Loving the look of the paint on that Golf "R!"

I will show a panel on its side as well.

We have a couple inches at most of good top soil...under that Shale! That leads to terrible hard water.
@@apexdetail85 Agreed! I tested my water here in Fogelsville the other day, 380!
Thanks Brian for all your effort. I like sheeting as well. It would be interesting after the 10 wash if the gloss readings are the same.
Best wishes
Thanks Brian. You made many valid points especially on sheeting vs beading. Sheeting wins but you have to flood the panel
Absolutely
I really really like the shade of blue 👌
Hi Brian. What product would you recommed for the most gloss. Thank you very much.
I would like to see if using this between washes would change or recharge that base layers. Perhaps a future test concept
What's your go to drying towel?
I have tired many and none seem to do a good job on my black truck?
Great videos as always love seeing all the different products getting reviewed
After watching some of your videos I'm starting to think sheeting is really the way to go
It is....especially in my area....hard water.
the thing is that even on a vertical panel this leaves small droplets behind... so what's the point?
Please add a water dryng technique using a gentle streamnof water to your tests.
Brian you should try Tacsystem Almighty! They say it's basically Moonlight Jr and it's a product thats supposed to sheet
I am with you. I prefer the water sheeting off the car. My ocd freaks out over beading. LOL

Hi Another good video. Is there any way you will review the Wolfgang sio2 watterless wash? Thanks
Yes....it is on the list.
Every black vehicle needs something like this after every wash

I still like my Rehydra sheet :)
Could we get a head to head with the two?
another awesome non bias review aa always
I appreciate that!
I dig this stuff, myself.
awesome video and product review good friend. seems ok.not a fan of rtu products rather have concentrated products.
More sheeting products videos. Hate waterspots from the beading products 😃
which one you prefer with extreme solution topper
Topper Beads.
Sheeting > beading
The untreated area on the left is sheeting just as well.
Wich is the monster sheeter that you have come across? Sonax who makes the famous BSD should make this type of a product ;) BSD but a sheeter
Are you trying to say "sheeter"?
