I’m seeking what this program/process can do for me as I venture into new ideas and goals for 2022 and the tools I will use to get there. I appreciate the thought process and research you worked through prior to sharing your ideas. Blessings❣️
Thank you so much for this video. This will be my first time using a MakseLife. It arrived today! Yay! I’m excited! Your video is very helpful so thank you for taking the time to do it.
This kind of video is usually something I skip. But, you have made me interested in the process. I. Am. Shocked. Thank you for letting us know that these worksheets can be downloaded. I’m a Happy Planner through-and-through. But this process may have a place in my self-improvement process. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing this. Goal setting is quite intimidating (especially this year!), and there are a few things that we have in common which inspires me!
Taylor-thank you so much for doing this!! You inspired me to do the MakseLife planner for 2021 and I will admit I'm behind because life happens, and was feeling very intimidated. I just watched your video, paused to fill out my part while you were, and trying to get get caught up so I can join the live this coming week. You have helped so much, with my anxiety, and fears so thank you 😊 so much. Xoxo
Ps. I am also doing the Power Sheets as well.. 🤦♀️ not sure what I was thinking but I am determined to make myself successful in the goal making process. Im very new to all of this, I have never done any goal planning, so I am so so grateful for these videos. Thank you!
it was so helpful to walk through the process with you. i was letting myself get frozen in place not wanting to "mess" up my first ever MakseLife planner. thank you for sharing your process.
Thank you for making this video (and planning this video series)! It was so helpful to watch and gave me some really good ideas for my own goal planning. I appreciated listening to your thought process as you moved through the pages/questions:)
I just found your channel through YT recommendations! Great content! Subscribed! :) Thank you for the free printables and for sharing your process. Much appreciated!
Thank you! This was so helpful! I’m using powersheets for the second time and makse for the first time. It may be too much but I’m trying to see which works best for me.
I'm new subscriber to your channel i found you from the Makselife Facebook group. I will like to say thank you for these videos. I really have a better understanding about i should dont on the assessment page of the Planner and coming up with my word for the year. Can wait to watch the rest of your videos.
Thank you for this video! It’s my first year with MakseLife too. So great to have all these tips to get started on my goal planning for 2021. Looking forward to the next 2 parts😊
@@tattooedteacherplans yes I do. I have the printables I can work on. Im still waiting for my planner. I live in the London 🇬🇧 UK. Hopefully I should be receiving this by next week.
I love this video, Taylor. So informative. I have such a hard time with goals. Unfortunately, I can’ purchase things online. My hubby, a retired banker doesn’t like to do that. Ugh! Many blessings.
When you are doing your pre work on sticky notes, are you just answering the questions over and over until you get your answer that resonates the most?
Yes, exactly! The first ones are what comes to mind at first look and I’ll revisit them over a few days. Then, I’ll start fresh with a new post it and revise. I usually go through three to four versions before I actually write it on the page.
I am also so glad to see the sticky notes and be reassured that all of my notes on the printouts (and taking the assessment twice) is "normal" - ha! I like how you ranked the categories too...and once I land on my WOTY I am going to make a small sign using my cricut to keep on my desk...brilliant!
I can use some help. I did the assessment and my scores were all so very low. I feel my life has changed so much since Covid . It has changed my life style too much and I haven’t adjusted very well. How are you scoring? You seem to be scoring high in my opinion under the circumstance of what is going on, not a negative but I’m thinking I’m looking at this for myself in a negative way that is why my scores are all low. When I say high, I would say anything above 5. I’m afraid I’m not evaluating myself right. And how do I score in something that I have no interest in or don’t want to change?
I get where you’re coming from. I even questioned myself on my higher scores. I find the quarterly assessments (when I redo my compass assessment) to be more true to time. I found myself being hopeful for the new year and I think that influenced it. Plus I rounded up, which I wouldn’t do again. But I kept the higher scores knowing the quarterly compass in a few months would show me more info. Don’t beat yourself up. It’s been a tough year - the toughest! That just means you have room to grow! And for the ones that you don’t see changing, keep them the same. I did that on two of my categories because I just want to maintain them. You can also leave a category out if that is more realistic for you.
Also, I’ll add: start small. Like only 3-4 goals in each of your categories. You don’t need a lot of goals to make a big impact. You just need some that mean something to you.
@@tattooedteacherplans I so much want to use h to his as my main weekly, but I just can’t at that size. Maybe I could use a daily to tote around. Hmmmm
I tried to download the free pintables and I can't :( It asks for my email to send me the link and it never did. Tried two different times and with two different emails. Anyone else having issues?
Okay, I have some info for you! Email hello at makselife dot com (sometimes YT flags email addresses in comments so that’s why I wrote it that way) and they’ll be able to fix you up!

Detailed. So glad I am beyond jealousy at this point. I did the vision board, goals & aspirations, but you took it to another level.

Wow thank you soooooo much for sharing. I've been wanting to do this and you can motivate me. I will be watching the other videos too.
This is really helpful. I love your thought process. I plan on working on mine in the next few days but like you said no need to rush it.

I love hearing your goals and self reflections. Makes me want to do one.

You could use the printable. They’re free!
I am using the Power Sheet product and my phrase of the year is "courageous love".
That’s fantastic!

Thanks for clarifying! That’s a great approach and I needed that to get me out of fear of “messing up” my planner!

PS, this is also my 1st year in ML...I so excited, but also don't want to write in it until I know it is what I want to "stick" for the year. 😉

Do you take this to work each day? I’m scared it’ll be too big/heavy.
Nope. It stays at home on my desk. I have a separate work planner.
@@tattooedteacherplans how heavy is it compared to a Lifeplanner?
@@thatwendygirl68 probably about twice as heavy. It has the goal pages between each week so it’s basically twice as big.
