1- 6 ounces red Jello any flavor
1-6 ounce box blue jello any flavor
4 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin divided
1-14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
Cool-Whip
sprinkles variety
1 box red jello with 2 cups boiling water. Dissolve add to cups. Let it set 30 minutes.
condensed milk with 1 cup boiling water. Separate bowl 2 gelatin packs 1/2 cup cold water, leave to hydrate. Then add 1/2 cup boiling water to gelatin. Mix milk mixture with Gelatin mixture. Pour into cups. Let in set for 30 minutes.
1 box Blue jello and 2 cups boiling water. Add to cups let set in between layers. Let it set for 2 hours.
Top with whipped cream then sprinkles with sprinkles.

Normally add the gelatin to thicken the Jello. Usually for pouring into 9x13 inch dish then cut into shapes.
