One of my buddies exclusively collects the oldest Japanese cards he can find, there’s some seriously cool stuff that’s only ever come out in Japan. That vending series sheet he got in this video is part of one of the coolest sets of Pokémon cards ever made IMO, the art is so cool. Definitely recommend falling into the old Japanese card rabbit hole, even if it’s just for research!
I also love collecting Japanese Pokémon and do recommend 100%. I’m not sure about the prices but the cards are just more beautiful in my opinion, especially reverse and holos.

Honestly, seeing the pocket monster logo is my favorite thing, living so close to Japan we used to get a lot of it where I’m at and I remember growing up with those everywhere. Back when things didn’t have a monetary value and just brought pure innocent joy haha

What an insane collection they sent! I also love collecting the vintage Japanese stuff and it’s crazy to see things like the vending! You almost never see those floating around in the wild unless you have a Japanese source. Glad you enjoyed this mystery box opening as much as we did! :) P.a there is like a Japanese v max set or something with insane pull rates also. I can double check when I’m home, I still have the wrapper lol

Seeing some of the unique vintage items opened is a dream. There is just something perfect about the old minimalist style of pokemon.
