Really like the henley t shirt. Not a body builder more of a " dad bod " very broad shoulders and pronounced chest but have a minor beer gut. Any suggestions on the henley lol
Dad bods are in. If your beer gut is only minor, a Henley should suit you just fine. Make sure to try them on before buying and choose one that is a bit less tight on the gut.
Just found your channel and subscribed with the quickness. I work out and also love wearing henleys. I've ordered about 9 of the Target brand Goodfellow and Co henleys over the last few weeks in different colors. Love the casual look and fit. 😎
I think skinny dudes can definitely rock the Henley's, but you have to get the fit right. Don't want to be swimming in it, should be relatively snug. Just my opinion...
@@MeepMeep88 When hearing "casual business attire", I'm thinking buttoned shirt without a tie. You're right though. Henley's don't pass the business casual test.
@@MarcusJGadson_CFA Ohh you're probably right. We're allowed to wear collared shirts so it's only dress shirts and polos for us or a sweater but not just any sweater.. A KNITTED sweater lol.
Thanks so much for this information my better half loves this shirt but didn't know they were called "Henley",big problem he has is his chest is a bit bigger than average and the belly area flops around like a flag,do any specific brands not have this feature?
The one i'm wearing in the thumbnail is actually from Goodfellow, that can be found at Target can it feel a bit slimmer on the waist but accommodates the chest area. Not sure if Spier and Mackay has Henly but their shirts fit the same too. I like Old Navy as well.
@@kamalsmusic I wouldn't, not for a casual shirt like that that can be easily replaced and take into consideration shrinkage during laundry, don't think it's worth it
Agreed, henley was readymade for the fit man 💪
hell yea man, seems like a perfect fit
Truly. I love Lucky Brand henleys, as they are of great quality and super soft.
Henley shirt shows off my ribs and collar bone. I’m not really muscular, but I’m working on getting more mass.
Yeah man! One of my favorite types of shirt hands down.
absolutely love them, i could def use some more
Dope vid! Fellow fit guy here and new subscriber 💪🏼

What Henley do you recommend? That is slim fit and a light fabric I live in miami. Most of the one I find are a bit too thick

I totally agree. Henleys are great. Henleys and tanks are the best.
Heavily underrated channel. Subscribed and showing this to my bodybuilding group chat
Much appreciated my man!!
Sent you an Instagram Dm! Cheers from another Ian
I love it man. Big men used as examples.
Thanks for this video it helped pick a shirt
Henleys are a great substitute for the polo. Great points here!
Don't think you can wear a henley to a casual business attire. But maybe I'm wrong.

thanks man
Great knowledge! Thanks
thanks for checking out the vid!
Do you get these tailored to make them tapered? most off the rack ones will still be a boxy cut
Nah, usually I buy true to size and this is how it fits
@@FitManStyle do you think it looks weird if it gets tapered?

My first time getting one. Man I think I may have to buy more.
I definitely need more. Next to V necks, i wear these alot
@@FitManStyle definitely V necks are on the list.
@@FitManStyle Yo, just bought my first V neck sweater. This is an awesome look. Thanks.
