Well done it really very helpful..... I was searching for this topic since two three days and then your video poped up ... It was really really briantally expalined thankssss alot ....lots of blessings
What are the implications/interpretations of total stream length, stream order and density? I've seen a lot of examples and papers, but don't really see discussion on what these parameters actually tell us.
it is actually both horton and strahlers method... they both developed the method... but the first person who made the method is Robert E. Horton before Arthur Newell Strahler...
Dear Simmy, actually there is a mistake on counting your 3rd order and 4th order, as we know two second orders reaches together and make 3rd order, it means that, for one 3rd order we need 2 streams of second order, now!how can we have four third orders while the second orders are only 6? this mistake I have seen in many papers while we have point (stream) junctions! Actually, you should consider those 3rd orders where are in the same direction as single stream although we have junctions there. in this case, you have two,3rd orders and one-fourth order!and so on,,
Before learn someone you have to know about the topic with better conception. But you do some mistake here so you have to be more carefull before make any educational tutorial THANK YOU

Thank you....I was convinced that was a mistake as well
Sir ,so if you have correct method of calculation i.e.,notes or video plz provide link ,Thank you
I was thinking the same and moreover the highest order of stream is always only 1.
Correct 👍

That lonely stream is me.
