    Kuya, I will also agree that you squeezed too much information into one too-long video. But, clearly, you have a lot of knowledge and present very well. I also suggest to add a video in English only for those who do not speak Tagalog, like me. We need someone fluent with English, which it seem you are. Not easy to find a real estate agent fluent in English.
    In our case, we are looking for higher ground for cooler weather (Lipa? Silang?) and we prefer to avoid the hassle of building our house (contractors, architects, staying long time in the Philippines to watch over them, etc. )
    You mention "retirement" (which is our case), then the amenities are important. Thanks

      @@thepropertygeekph hey please dont get me wrong . what you shared are very important info. but please focus on what matters the most. focus on one property at. a time. people are interested to invest and some jsut want to learn And for investors like me, we know what we want. I want to hear numbers and the value of what i am paying for (location, distance, community, average sqm prize, history of appreciation, payment terms). You need to show why 50 Million is worth to pay especially in Laguna.
