I had lunch one day while working with trees unlimited company 2005 . Its was very neat and the burger and fry was good.

In the spirit of true new urbanism, I wish they didn’t close their beach accesses off to the public. Years ago we used to love to grab a sandwich at Roly Poly and then stroll down to the water while waiting to check in to our beach house (not located in Seaside). Once they closed the accesses it felt more like a resort instead of a true “town”.

Your videos are outstanding! I do completely understand the reasoning behind the organization and what they’ve done over the years. However, when you start doing research on 15 minute cities and lockdowns and controlling people and not being able to grow your own food or having any land to do so..that’s when it makes people leery.
