i dont like the new trilogy very much, but the shf figures of troopers look so incredibly good ive contemplated buying them a few times. ITs a shame the original trilogy troopers or clones didnt get nearly as much love
5:55 that handle is not a handle, its a foldable stock, just like on originalm sten machine gun, one that you would unfold all the way to the back, so you could shoot from your arm for better accuracy.
I was planning on army building these guys, but i think I'll just continue to army build my regular first order stormtroopers army. But I'll probably get four of these, so i can have one with each weapon.
Well I just broke down and bought one off eBay. I knew I should have never gotten into SH figuarts, now I don’t really bother with black series anymore.
@@MoonBeamLaser judging from his review the articulation range is the same, the paint is probably better and it has more accessories, other than that it doesn't look that much better.
@@MontanaJ21 if you can bend the black series elbow more than 90°, i ll give you a credit. I know it is not fair to compare as they are different audience target. If you just collect and present a whole bunch of troopers go for the affordable black series. If you after higher acticulation, better paint works (i could say so as I also own SDCC sith trooper set) , go for shf.

Only thing that looks weird is the way they made the head. Black series has a better head sculpt.

I’ll be honest. This doesn’t seem like it’s better than black series. Only plus I see is that this has more accessories than the black series.
Better quality and a lot more articulation. My experience with Black Series is hit or miss but they are more affordable.
