Hey James, love the content. Personally, I'm a fan of seeing the entire team throughout the entire team breakdown. I watch on PC so I have a much larger screen to see the tiny details that mobile viewers may not, but just wanted to throw this feedback out there in case it's shared by others.
Max Sleep on the Ninetales in the 1st game was rage inducing lol. Props for staying calm after that Dual Wing bea miss (seriously.. hate anything less than 100% accuracy lol)
Hey James, I’ve been watching for a couple months. Big fan of your content, just wanted to suggest trying out Rhydon. Despite its terrible typing, it still does pretty well since terastilization does wonders for it. I run eviolite, with protect, fire punch, drill run or high horsepower(depending on if you’re feeling lucky or not), and breaking swipe for coverage. Feel free to change the set if you try it. I know you mainly cover new and upcoming teams, but I think it would be a fun challenge for you with this new regulation. I haven’t lost against a rain team yet with rhydon 😼
I feel you on the dual wingbeat bro, I was using a different gliscor team yesterday and missed it twice in a row, meanwhile my opponent hit a raw hypnosis no problem
Game 2 player did so well right up to the end. Love that they targeted the Incin - they were definitely thinking "they can still miss Dual Wingbeat over and over!" In theory they could OHKO Incin and Gambit, finish off Ninetails and then chip down the Gliscor as long as James didn't have Flying Tera on Gambit and also had the worst luck ever recorded in a Pokémon battle. In the end it was hopeless but it's cool to see someone focus in on their win-con right up to the end.
If I had a nickel for every time someone randomly brought gliscor to Lille Regionals and got top 128, I’d have two nickels, which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice in different years and different players. Especially since the only only competitive result for gliscor I can find is Wolfe’s 2013 worlds team that was pretty bad and came in 25th.
After a few videos, I honestly don't like the closeup view analysis at the beginning. I used to enjoy looking over the entire team while you talked over it.
Was an immediate counter to Sneasler with toxic orb since it resists everything and can't be statused after the poison. But this hyper cutter set also looks promising by mixing offense and defense with ninetails. But of course Sneasler could still sleep you so there's that.
@@valhallakombi7239Yeah, it’s got some real trade offs depending on the set you run but a lot of benefits and a fairly deep utility move pool. The toxic orb set also just cold beats amoongus and good at winning damage trades with physical mons generally but the hyper cutter version is better into incin and friends as well as being one of the better coaching targets.
Ayy that’s my team I’m happy it was incorporated thank you 😊
Yo good shit, sick team
bro, i love the cookery
Username checks out
The covert cloak, Light clay mix-up 😭
glad to see Gliscor, such a cool mon, getting success outside of singles for once
Good to know that you are also a member of the Dual Wingbeat Haters Club.
To quote a famous man, it would be so good if it wasn't bad.
James is my inner voice that talks to me when I'm battling awesome video super cool team!

Smogon Poison Heal Toxic Orb Gliscor: Who are you?
VGC Hyper Cutter CB Gliscor: I'm you, but... completely different.

Love the breakdowns
There is literally no good reason why Dual Wingbeat isn't 100% accurate.

I played that tournament. GG’s to the Gliscor player.

"We have Landorus at home"
😂😂😂its so funny that james said its not a fun/rough matchup against every team…and won most of them…👌
The icon for Rocky Helmet will always make me laugh.
1:14:40 Actually no, a bunch of prankster mons gets Rain Dance, Murkrow, Sableye, Volbeat etc
Why assurance if you were faster than the ursaluna?
"Holy throw" lol

Wouldn't poison heal be better on gliscor with toxic orb paired with coaching? With the poison he basically become a great sneasler counter
I’ve been hyping this mon up for weeks. It had a lot of tools people have overlooked.
