Thank you ladies! I would also say avoid the direct sun on your face, as this can trigger a flare up and make one's skin worse. Apply sunscreen, wear a wide-brimmed hat, and stay in the shade as much as possible. I quite like using Rosalique 3 in 1 Anti-Redness Miracle Formula SPF50.
If your skin can take it Radio frequency with gold tip micro needling will instantly, one treatment reduce rosacea. Its amazing.especially around the nose. It will cauterise the capillaries. Love the new hair cut Glynis xx
I’m 59 and suddenly my skins gone so sensitive. I put it down to actives like vit c, retinols etc so I stopped using them and went back to basics. It’s a week now and still my skins not right, sort of feels sore and looks to have more colour than ever before, I’ve always been fair. It’s driving me mad because no matter how gentle a product says it is it’s still irritating my skin. I’m going to try what your expert suggested 🤞🏻
You are absolutely doing the right thing. You really don't want to use actives right now. Far better to get your skin nice and calm. And see if you can identify any foods that trigger symptoms? Alcohol could be triggering.
