CLASSIC SOUTHERN STYLE POUNDCAKE

Recipe:
1 c unsalted butter
1c sugar
vanilla
1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
1/3 plus 1/4 cup of buttermilk
4 eggs
Chocolate Ganache:
1 plus 2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon sugar
Bake at 325 degrees for 75-95 minutes
