In this silent running video, I run the Preseli Beast trail race held in the Preseli Mountains, Pembrokeshire, West Wales.
This is a touch under 40km trail race that starts at Maenchlocog in Sir Benfro and heads to Newport and returns via the Presli's, hitting over 500m in elevation from sea level.

I've done the Bach before but the full Beast is just glorious! I can't say I was enjoying the last climb but was laughing crawling up it & it is type 2 fun 😂
