I just bought this torque wrench and I am impressed. I would say that it is better looking than snap on and don't get me started with price comparison. 😬

Someone should teach this gentleman how to use a torque wrench properly, seeing as the video is supposed to showcase the operation of the product. The technique and hand placement used here would certainly yield mis-torqued fasteners.

The music has a cat meowing sound. Really confused me because I thought it was my cat and I don't have a cat.

Nice, only video out explaining anything about this torque wrench. Only one question, does it take batteries and if so what kind? Also does it have saved torque settings, say I want to set profiles for certain torque specs.

Hey mate, It uses AA Batteries. It can also store up to 10 pre set settings.

I own a lot of GearWrench tools; great design and quality. I own 3 of the GearWrench torque wrenches (1/4, 3/8, 1/2") and I hate them. When using them in areas where you can't view the display there's no way to know if the torque point is accurate without the snap of the tool. The sound and vibration either leaves you at less than or greater than the desired torque. It would be nice to have a physical snap built-in. Do not leave batteries in them for an extended period of time; one of mine corroded inside leaving the wrench dead, which I replaced. I'm willing to sell my torque wrenches if anyone is interested; like NEW. BTW, The instruction is good, the music is so annoying, sounds like a cat periodically meowing.

The trouble with electronic torque wrenches is when you most want them the batteries fail and you dont have any or the shops are closed! In england thats a bummer as everywhere has traffic you cant park and just nip in and get them and its a mission a manual is far better. I got a Snap On and the batteries are always flat.

the only thing I do not like about these torque wrenches is if the angle you've set exceeds the max torque rating for the wrench the display with say something like overtorque or overload and you can;t get to the desired angle...
