Here is my review for Skyrise collectors ed by Roxley games.

Seems very cool, and the collector’s edition especially seems to have top notch components.

Kinda surprised the cards aren't made of plastic, too...
Think that was because of a belated crisis of environmental conscience, or did they just run out of PVC?
