Just wanted to mention that this scenario is from the workshop. I must’ve downloaded it over the past few months. When it said that the 221 was included, I assumed it was that scenario, but the DLC uses it for AI only in the included scenarios. Sorry to confuse anyone 👍🏻
Interestingly I don't see the 221 in Standard, only under Quick Drive...

Yes train simulator classic/20xx have always been pc only
This is why they have changed the name to TS Classic, to differentiate it even more from train sim world as so many console users ask if it’s on their console… it’s PC only
