I’m so glad you are again sharing your tree decorating tips. The tree that you showed how to decorate two years ago, was a beautiful transformation, which I would have thought impossible! My favorite Christmas tree was from a local garden center, which had been a display and was on a huge sale after the holidays. It was absolutely gorgeous, and I used it for twenty years! The most life like tree I’ve ever seen! I gave it away two years ago, and will admit, I am just not as pleased with the finished decorated product of the National Tree Co. tree, I used last year. Bonus of new tree; it is so easy to put together! I gave away the old tree after I realized the dread each year of putting it together was really taking a toll on my joy at putting up my tree! As an empty nester, I’ve been putting up the tree by myself until the decorating begins. 140 individual branches to put in the “trunk”; each piece color coded with a sticky dot on each branch, to a coordinating color dot on the trunk. The colors were black, navy, burgundy….all dark colors! Dots, of course over twenty years, had fallen off! Matching colors I could barely distinguish from one another, well you get the picture! Moral of the story: if you are using something, anything, which fills you with dead; move on!…..quickly!
Thank you for sharing! Your experience with the old tree sounds like quite an adventure😅! It's great that you found joy in the easier assembly of the new one. Wishing you a wonderful holiday season!😘
Thank you Oksana! I already do most of the tree trimming tricks that you share but love watching you anyway. It’s almost like free therapy. You have a lovely calm demeanor and I’m into the neutral, minimalist style you have as well so I feel a sisterhood with you. 🙌🏼 Also, thank you for linking ‘what I’m wearing’. It saved me from having to ask. Lol! I couldn’t buy that outfit (and 2 other colors as well) fast enough. 😊 You’re just adorable.
Aww, what a lovely compliment and comment! 🥰💖 Thank you so much! I myself love it when there are links to outfits too lol. I hope you'll enjoy that suit; it's very nice and comfortable, and it's a great Free People dupe😜.
So beautiful, last year after christmas and new years, I purchased around 12 pre lit great condition trees donated to my goodwill store, all sizes all working for $2.50 each, your videos on flocking and setting these up perfectly help so much to give my trees a new home to live in for people who other wise cant afford the trends this year, with my diy flocking to some to its going to brilliant delivering the m. Thank you so much for sharing your tips, Godbless And of course happy thanksgiving and merry christmas From my family to yours.
Thank you for sharing! Wow! Getting 12 trees for $2.50 each sounds like an incredible deal! 🤪 Wishing you too a wonderful holiday season filled with joy and beautifully decorated trees!❤️
Hi Oksana, I'm so glad you are back. I fell in love with your natural looking earthy tone tree from 2022 so last week I finally ordered some of those slow twinkle lights, I was so apprehensive because of the cost and I was worried they won't last but finally purchased some. This tree is so beautiful. I will fluff and fluff some more. Happy Holidays and thank you for all of the little tricks
Just stunning! I always fluff my trees, but this year I'm going to do what you suggest and add lights towards the middle of my trees. Thank you for sharing!
I got one from IKEA - a natural one. Was dreaming abt it for many years, as in rented apt we were putting artificial ones. So this is my first XMas tree. And it is gorgeous! (Even though a bit bold on the upper part)
I have a 9 foot tree and need someone to assemble three tree together. It's impossible to out it up myself due to the heavy weight of each section. I'm always amazed how a woman can put up these trees by themselves?
women can do a lot of things by themselves :) we don’t need a man. like she said you put the top down and open it up and then put on tree. can use a ladder if not tall enough
Yes!! I was just watching it and it was amazing✨️ 👇 HOW TO MAKE A CHEAP CHRISTMAS TREE LOOK EXPENSIVE AND GLAMOROUS | Extreme Christmas Tree Makeover 🎄!
