Thanks for the story of Rhyolite. My 13 year old and I took a 3 week trip through the western states in 2003. I detoured into Rhyolite in the darkness. It was very eerie at night.

The construction materials were shipped in and still retained value. Bricks, intact windows, milled wood, railway lines & ties, furniture etc would hold a lot of value for resale in isolated areas.
