the issue is youre not volume matching so when it boosts you naturally think its sounding better, but its just louder. when i put the KB in between and volume match it, the acual tone is not really better - just different. but hey if it works for you go for it. if u need to tweak tweak away

@JonnyLeeguitarist one more thing that eq is the ticket for dialing in , in different situations i practice at home then when in a band or live situation it allows to easily find the right setup needed ,this was one of my biggest issues when starting with Helix, great tool and info mr J thank you

Hmmm, I keep trying this and it never works for me the way it seems to for everyone else. I must be doing something wrong. It sounds like a blanket on my tone when I put in between the amp and cab. I’ll try again.
