You get get loads of people doing this to other bands for example the jam, like from the jam who had 1 guy paul weller taken out and everyone's saying shit like "get a proper job". Just do one!

Looking forward to seeing the Undertones at the Alternative Festival at Butlins, would I rather see Fergal singing? course I would, but but it ain't going to happen, so it's better to have Paul singing than not seeing them at all
That Petrol Emotion! Oh yes, I remember that one brilliant song they did... (goes blank). OK, radio played "Big Decision"(?) unceasingly but it wasn't exactly Undertones-level of memorably catchy.

To wit: Damien O’Neill, who replaced his brother early in their career. Don’t hear anybody moaning how ‘ooh the new guitarist isn’t as good as the original one’. Wonder why? Just for the record; yes, it would be nice if we could hear Sharkey with them again but it’s very unlikely to happen, and McLoone is an excellent (but different) singer, and no, I don’t think that Vincent should be playing. Let’s take what we can, thank you, and be glad to see these musicians onstage having a ball.

You would think Feargul regrets it but he doesn't. He said in an interview he thought it would be Sad to play songs about teenage kicks at 60 years old. He does have a point there and I respect his decision.

I think the new singer makes quite a decent go of it. Definitely worth £25 for a good night jumpin' around to all the great hits.

That was disappointing... I was just thinking Feargul had improved with age... got more handsome but his voice had gone downhill... then,I realised it was just "off" key (Feargul key) it was an Undertone without the key sound. Apart from that it wasn't bad...
