    Really really useful video. Newbies all struggle with all these features. Thank you for explaining it so well 😊😊

    Very informative video. Thanks. For your last example, with the star, similarly I wanted to contour an offset of a slice result but the Contour function was greyed out.

      It may have been a Print Then Cut operation type. change it to Basic Cut and if there is more than one shape you should be able to contour!

    Hi Kelly, I would like to know which Cricut you would recommend for vinyl stickers and greeting cards?

    • @KellyRossouw
      @KellyRossouw  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you won't ever do embossing, engraving, or cut things like balsa wood, then the Explore Air 2 will work perfectly. If you might do those things, go for the Maker! Its my favourite out of the machines 💚

    i want the offset to cut inside my image but it doesnt want to other than the outside of the original print and cut is there a way to get the offset to cut within the image?

    • @KellyRossouw
      @KellyRossouw  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! You need to set the offset value to a negative, move the dot to the left of the line in the middle of the sliding scale :)

    My offset wants to print black like the color of the image I want to print in front why does this keep happening it is very frustrating

      Im not quite sure what you mean, but you are able to right click, and send the image to the back if you want to have something on top of the image.

    Still stuck and contour is greyed out😢

    • @KellyRossouw
      @KellyRossouw  ปีที่แล้ว

      It is greyed out for a few reasons:
      Either your layer type is not set to basic cut (might be print then cut, engrave, etc)
      There is nothing to contour out - your shape is solid
      You have more than one object selected!
