- Travelling Allowance or “TA” means the allowance for accommodation, meals and incidental expenses paid to an employee who is directed to travel on official business by his or her controlling officer. No, Outsource employee is entitled for daily allowance of minimum rates i.e. Rs. 130/- or entitlement for category E

A G.S. starts his journey of 50km at 6:30a.m. on 11.06.2023 and reached at his destination place at 10:a.m.on the same day.
He relieves at 5:00 p.m.on 17.06.2023 and comes back to his H.Q. at 8:30 p.m.
Kindly suggest that how his D.A. can be calculated @160/- enhanced rate and @72/- ordinary rate per day.

Means that he stayed at RH 5 Hours and his journey period is 3 Hours then in this scenario what will he get?

Sir if a start of the journey is more than 12 hours e.g. say 19 hours then should we bifurcated it to 70:30 ratio or it should be done only in case of return journey .?

Sir, yadi kisi employee ki journey 2 hours ki hai aur halt 6hours ka hai, to Kya 70% daily ordinary rate ki milegi ya enhanced rate ki, on same day returning

11.01.2023 ko 02:00 PM par chala aur 08:00 PM par dharamshala phuncha means 6 hours journey period....
And 08:00 PM to 12:00 PM halt par tha....
Toh sir esme 70% ka bifurcate nhi ho skta kya?
No need to bifurcate in case absence from hq is upto 12H

Right now ordinary rate only for the journey time and whole hp falls under same category no enhanced and ordinary.only daily and hotels charges as per the entitlement

It depends absence from HQ.if Journey is of 2H but stay is more than 6H at new station then 70daily of ist day and 100%for subsequent days is admissible
whether 70 30 %break up of daily at ordinary and enhanced rate could be done in both to and from journey eg
if transit period is 7 hr followed by halt period 7 hr in 24 hr then what will be scenario of division
