The Ireland Way (1000km) intense hiking preparation

The Ireland Way, a 1000km hiking route through one of the most amazing countries in the world. This will be an adventure like no other, pushing me to my limits and testing every part of me.
This video is about the month leading up to the hike, all the highs, lows, tough times and the good. I'll be given you all the background info you'll need for the adventures ahead.
As I'm raising money for two charities I'll be showing you the process I went through and the hectic life I lived on the run-up to that first-day hiking.
