Being religious doesnt necessarily mean you hate people who aren't straight. Some religious people do, but so do some people who aren't religious. As a Christian, I've never been taught to hate people who aren't straight or something. Liking people of the same gender isnt what we beleive is right, but a main thing I hear people say in christian settings (which I heavily agree with) is that its no ones place to tell someone how to feel or who they can love, or judge anyone on things like that. Like honesty, whenever someone asks me my opinion on people who aren't straight, the honest answer is that I don't care about other peoples romantic feelings. This isnt every christians opinion, just giving mine.
As a Christian I don't care what others do in their own privacy, although I beleive it's wrong, no one is perfect and we are all sinners, but I am disgusted by the gay agenda in the media. And New age PC millennials are more fascist than the nazi's. There is an epidemic of homosexuality and transgenderism and its all a product of social engineering.

I liked the video but there's one thing that bothers me. The fact that you say that because people are religious they can't like gay people totally shows you know nothing about religious people. I've grown up in a christian family and we've never hated gay people. Sure, we think differently than them but that doesn't mean we can't be friends with them. People don't need to have the same oppinions to be friends...
What pisses me off is that people only read the bible and think that's religion, while that's hardly what religion is about...Religion is not about some characters written in a book. The characters are there only to present the story which tells you what a good person should be. Religion is about being a decent person, to notice what's good and bad, to try and fix it and most importantly... It's about HOPE. What you are describing however is church. Church is a type of business. They're the ones that promote the things you're saying.
I keep seeing people time and time again, bashing religious people for being religious but nothing else. It's really disrespectful, and people should really stop doing it.

This also applies to other scenarios such as nationality. Do we judge an American to be a corporate arsehole that looks down on everyone else just because their government does? We shouldn't but that's what most people do. If you have a problem with the way people associate people with you and the church's values then how about taking steps to influence the church in a positive way?
