- I've decided to try out a health and fitness journal to see if it will help me along my current journey!
Also if anyone is wondering, each weekly section took me about 30-40 minutes to do (I did the rest of them in pen without any sketching), and I have not set up all 18 weeks yet. I've set up 7 so far and I'm gradually going to set up the rest as I use the journal.

You could use the index pages for like health and fitness drawings and stickers for like decorative pages for fun that's a cool idea

Thank you! I used half of it and then I got too busy to continue using it😭 I really enjoyed it for the time being though! I think next time I need to fill out all of the daily spreads in advance so that I can keep using it without it taking up any extra time
I love this and it's inspired me to setup one for 2023!!! Did you hand draw the woman for your measurements, it's so pretty!

Thanks for the help. Ive also been tracking my progress in my own personal fitness journey as well. I’ve been working out for a month so far ! 🏋🏻♂️💪🏻😁Up until today I’ve only been doing free weights and calisthenics , but today I scored a weight bench for $25 when I started I weighed myself, and I weighed 159 and did again the other day and I’m already up to 171.
I’m making progress ,
I’m eating alot of protein around like 80-120 grams per day and I’m eating healthier I take Ghost and whey protein BCAA’s 👻 after I workout
I loved that the wax got on the paper and you made it work beautifully
