  • This is a quick flight with my 12S setup OXY 5 MEG. Just put a single 6S inside. :) No big adjustments on the Vbar setup.
Very smooth and low rpm is also fun! :)

Loved the routine, and yes so smooth and relaxing. No need for 2300 rpm :)

Can someone explain how the helicopter is flying upside down

    • @fateswingman3006

Throttle stick at mid stick (halfway up) = 0 pitch on the blades. Above that is positive pitch. Below that is negative pitch. As the blades rotate around the main shaft they can twist = pitch. There are 3 servos on the swash plate and they move in unison with throttle inputs to control the pitch of the blades (up and down). When the heli is inverted the blades are flipped and negative pitch will increase altitude. Positive pitch will push the heli back down to the earth. So throttle inputs are reversed in contrast to upright flight. These models have gyros and the little computer in the receiver paired with the gyro (usually the same unit) help stabilize flight. If set it up correctly and there's no wind you can take your hands off the sticks in a hover and the model will remain stationary.
