That's what I've been reading. Even if the circumstances weren't what they were, I still prefer how Vic's doing it. Guy was an amazing animator and choreographer, but not that great a voice actor (same goes for Ren. I'm liking Neath's work more than Monty's).
You know Monty was Ren since the beginning till the time of his passing. I don't think he was supposed to be a second voice for another character. But I haven't read what you say you have read that says otherwise.
