While this is an interesting concept and video, the results are far from ideal. A good pen style sand blaster isn't much more expensive than the parts required for this project. And the results are much more impressive. I have used the pen style for over 40 years, first as a dental lab technician and then as a dentist. Your project has the advantage of a larger hopper capacity. Thanks for the video.

Ok help me out here, I made one of these but the bottle exploded and media went everywhere. What did I do wrong? I used all same size fittings. 1/8-1/8
There was a lot of air flowing up into the bottle. How do I prevent this.

I made one similar to this but it will not constantly spray sand. If I hold the trigger the sand stops and if I pulled sit it doesn't spray enough to clean anything. I appreciate any ideas or help
Did you used the same parts?
What type of sandblasting material you used ?
Also before sandblasting turn the upside down hold the trigger to spray clean air and then turn it again and start blasting.
@@MaverickProjectsOfficial I did not use the same tip that you used. I made two different ones using different tee's and different guns and had the same results with both.
It doesn't work, the air blows the sand back into the bottle, the only way to get sand to come out is to stop the airflow briefly, so it's stop start, stop start, I can't spray continuously.

You’re pulling a vacuum in the bottle, at some point you need to let some air back into the bottle, put a hole in the top of the bottle to allow for some air to get back in. That T junction always pulls a vacuum on the 90 degree line when air rushes through the straight line
