23 years.. hung up my boots last season as I wasn't training enough for the body to be game fit. However, now helping new players develop skills to be able to transition and train with our 2XV. Thanks for the the tips and drills!
Absolutely, how to get impacts are very important for kids, specially the little ones, many plays impacting, and of course what IS absolutely forbiden. Safety firts (for them and others players).
2 months! 😂 so this is very useful. I dont own a tackle bag but definitely going try adding some of the other stuff into my work outs between training to try top up my skills
Glad it was helpful! Did you pick up any tips? With tackle bag you can grab a partner if you have a team mate? Did you also sign up to my 7 day free program?
For sure, lots of useful things I need to try and memorise. At 25 it's been a while since I've had to learn new exercise based skills and techniques so I'm loving getting into the nitty-gritty of it all so thank you! I did sign up, tho I havnt had the chance to properly look through it yet, am hoping I'm not too new to the sport to make use of it lol 🤞😂
I’ve always fancied starting playing the game, as I’ve always loved the sport from a young age. I fear that anno domini is now a limiting factor to start playing the game sadly. I played a tiny bit of it in secondary school, and absolutely loved it; but haven’t been near the game since . I remain an avid spectator and supporter never the less though 🙌
@@TheRugbyTrainerTV how training has changed in the last 25 years since I stop playing rugby, had my first training day this week and I will need every video in this channel to try to catch up with the youngsters
