Mam kindly solve my problem in 8th example we are finding l.u.b ang g.l.b by sinx and using cosx function but problem is here that we find at same point r_1pie/4n lub and glb of some interval but at same how it is possible this point is rational and irrational kindly solve my problem
Here, we are looking for lub and glb, not for max or min elements. And it is not necessary that a function attains its lub or glb. In this question, the values obtained at (r-1) pi/n are bounds of the function and not its max or min values. So, can be obtained at same point as explained in video.
