I am always fond of the questions which Vijendra sir asks because it's more like non bookish or related to persons education ,it's more like in What's the trait of the candidate which individual is hiding from board members.
And the 2 reasons why does a tiger becomes a man eater most important: 1.it is unable to hunt anymore because of old age and physical disabilities and 2. It becomes annoyed due to loss of food and the habitat like the sunderbans .

Yes there is always a choice, either u can opt for English or Hindi. But if u go with Hindi, all the terminologies regarding the questions from panel will be in hindi and typical hindi words which sounds very new. You can watch Hindi interviews from drishti.
