Honestly I feel like at 13:50 - 14:02 into your film you shot yourself in your own foot after the security guard showed you who to speak too why would you then look at the person like “who are you” I Think that comment was quite shallow of someone wanting a favour to look or speak to someone like that maybe that’s why you got kicked out the lift , infact I’m very sure that’s why filming without permission was just the icing on top of that. It’s a very thin line between professionalism and stalking . Everyone freezes up some time that bit is understanding but for you to say to someone in wizkids team that “who are you” in the way you said it at 13:50 - 14:02 was very quite rude and nobody would ever give you a chance if you speak to people you consider “unimportant “ like that
