How could I do that with a shorter pair of curtains with a knot at the bottom.
I like the way you did that, it looks really good but I need that at the bottom of my curtain.
I need the knots to be at the bottom with no tail.

Hi, I guess i would try to work from the bottom up and fold material towards the back, make puff and tie. Maybe even make the bottom fuller with an old small washcloth to fill in fullness in between the fabrics like a sandwich. Think of how a ravioli is filled. It may not have the same look if it is just hanging from the bottom but you can try.
OR - just make the puff lower to the bottom instead of center of drape. Experiment and see what happens. Good Luck!
