The bottom (2 piece) handlebar clamps that ship separately have a gap to the triple clamp, unlike in this video. This drove me nearly to the point of insanity (kept spinning in the triple clamp) until I read the paper instructions.

It is hard to see the gap in the video. Even is stock form there is a gap. Ktm just has rubber in that gap.

Just a quick question when you put the cones back in do you use the aluminum inserts ? Hard to tell from video

What's the solution for TC250, Luxon Triple clamp with Mako 360 bar clamps?

The luxon clamps triple clamps are no problem. They even make handlebar clamps for the parabolic. You will need to change out the Mako 360. You can use PHDS clamps, or Flexxbars.

Yes, just choose 10-19mm riser in the pulldown when ordering.
