Nice informative video. If you are worried about the bend in your cable being to tight you can make a new mount for your handle. Using a metal L bracket, drill and a couple of stainless large bolts you can mount the handle anywhere accessible on the frame or metal extension you can easily get to.

I knew it was going to be tedious. The black “cardboard cover” had to be removed almost to the axle to gain access. The foam was not hard to remove. I will say 1 year later, I’m happy I did the replacement. No more poop splash.

My question is how hard was all that foam to remove and how did you replace the foam and board?

I have a full grey tank with the valve stuck closed 🫠
Oh no! Bright side is that it’s your grey tank! It will be some work removing the exoskeleton but you can manually open that valve.
