Sir i have a question ie if the interviewer asks that why you scored less percentage in an an academics?
Sir if we get 52% in class 10 and 89% in 12 then if we do work hard and get more than good marks in graduation. Then it make hard to get chance in iim. Sir please reply
Sir my 12 is from icse according to that my % is 62 but when I calculated like normal how we calculated % it drop to 57 so sir what should I mention icse % or normal %
I'm from ICSE too. The form clearly says you have to include each and every subject of your 12th exam while calculating percentage. The best subjects formula doesn't apply for competitive exams. Every subject should be added to calculate percentage. This not only applies for 12th boards but also for 10th board exam.

Sir, I have done my graduation from arts stream with less than 50% due to to backlog in some subjects and cleared in 2015. After done diploma in Hospitality, Travel and Customer service from Frankinn .I did job in Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi for six months from July till Dec 2017 then left due to some hectic and irregular shift hours in office. Afterwards started preparing for govt exams, it took me for one and half year After that i did certification course in computer for six months of upgrade my skills. Yes sir, offcourse taking gap does matter. I am not saying that u will not get admission or job but it does matter. Just think if i want to hire someone for my company and i have to choose only one out of 2 had they have same set of skill and resume offcourse anyone will hire the one without gap year.
