Collingwood is beautiful in the summer. Lots of snow ❄ in winter. I live a short drive from there. Beautiful place...I prefer Niagara on the Lake...gorgeous. There are so many cute & cozy towns in Ontario.Quebec is gorgeous simply gorgeous. Great video and info.
My mom lives in Niagara on the lake it’s very nice but very busy in summer and you have to drive to st Catherines for groceries no franchise are allowed 3:38
It's generally pretty easy to dismiss everything east of Hamilton as just; "oh yeah, I've been to Niagara falls." Meanwhile there's St. Catherines, Welland, and even Port Colborne to experience. Even born and raised in Ontario, it's sometimes difficult even for me to comprehend just how many interesting points of civilization there are, dotting and connecting the Province.
Love it when I go to Ancaster, all the locals drive 30 kph, everywhere. Any town around the Kitchener area is better than most on this list. Cambridge is nice if you want to live in a higher populated area farther away from the crime that the Toronto to Hamilton area has. 5 of your choices are good if you want to put 50k on your car every year and small medical centers are suppose to be quicker than the large Hospitals
And then you realized how good it was when you left. Canada WAS the best country, now it's a dumping ground for the people that want to grape the taxpayer.
You should have stipulated that these are all towns in Southern Ontario. Viewers looking for beautiful Ontario towns should know it’s a big province that doesn’t stop near the GTA.
@241jojoromi. That's right. How about Northwestern Ontario? All up and down # 11 and 17 hi-ways. Lots of beautiful towns starting at the Manitoba border with Kenora and all the way to North Bay on both hi-ways. So, before you say top 7 to live in, you'd better look at the forgotten part of the province.
Avoid Niagara on the lake. Yes it looks charming. It is not what it use to be. I lived there for 8 years. No sense of community too crowded with day tourist.
Well done ! I'm in agreement about all your choices except #2 . There are other ones outside of the lake Ontario basin that are great too.. Thanks Brian 81
