I'm so glad you made this video. I have been looking for a CRM/CFM soft ware that address this. I have been using Freshbooks for years and it was time to step up my software. How ever Freshbooks was the only one that would let me add a tax line and rename it. Just FYI to everyone make sure to check your state law on adding the fee in your prices. In NY its not legal to do it that way. I will be signing up for Honey Book today. Thank you again.
