Wait what? In the episode little Muriel she actually responded back to courage when he spoke +even the animals in the show even understands when he speaks C: “murial?” M: “that’s my name”
Im gonna add in here, Tom and Jerry can talk in some episodes like, The Lonesome Mouse, Quiet Please, and the Tom and Jerry Movie (90s version) but there mostly mute but can communicate through facial expressions and body language
Courage can actually talk, it was in the earlier seasons where he was talking. the viewers liked it better when he made noises because it was funnier so they started to make him only babble in sound effects and noises in the later seasons.
Incorrect. There's been multiple times where he's talked to people. Even calling out to Muriel and her calling back to Courage. So please make sure you check ALL information.
Winnie the pooh characters, We bare bears characters, Madagascar characters and kung fu panda characters can talk but not Tom and Jerry and Snoopy because they considered pets.
@@AikeenMurray I go over scooby-doo and Pooh bear and characters and stuffed animals that come to life in Christopher Robbins imagination. They are his friends not pets so they can talk.
To be fair, Blue can talk, but only in the spin-off "Blue's Room"...
I agree. I have seen the spin off show but it is not really talked about so i left it out.
Blue's Room was about Blue's independence and that she could take care of herself without any adult human help
Wait what?

I wonder if that's because she sees him as more than the "stupid dog".
Courage spoke too much and with the computer too
The “Charlie laughing maniacally” GIF is pretty cool 5:06
Thanks so much!

@@omegaproductions23 I don’t think Tom and Jerry are pets. Tom was at one point but gets kicked out making him independent person.

Wow that makes a lot of sense actually, godd job on the video

I believe it’s only Garfield’s thoughts we’re hearing, but I guess the theory could still apply
There are some cartoon movies were he talks to Jon and other people.

In Disney canon animal who wear cloth can speak and own pet and animals who dont cant talk i dont remember when or where i found it

At least Gromit's lack of speaking is represented by his lack of an animated mouth. I don't know whether to appreciate that or...find that wrong.
@@SmokeTheHorsehog that is true. At this point he has saved the day so much he has earned the right to be able to speak
@bittersweettheory1233 In fact, Wallace treats Gromit less like a pet, and more like a nonverbal son.

Scooby doo can talk because it's not a dog but instead it's an alien called anunnaki
I have seen the video. Well that means that he is not a pet but an Alien. So.. I guess that can make him a independent person.
It's actually revealed in scooby doo mystery incorporated not just matpat's theory
mmmm yes
