The reason the wrist is used to test temperature is because it’s one of the most sensitive parts of skin on the body- meaning if it “passes” for your wrist, it “passes” for the rest of your body
I purchased this kit in 2019 and it's still my favorite. The company has even improved the packaging since I ordered. If you need a wax pot, this is the one.
I bought this kit about a month ago and I do really like the wax. I actually mixed the lemon and lavender because I hate the smell of lavender by itself. All the waxes cool quickly but keep their elasticity and picked up even fine hairs really well. But the warmer I'm not as enthusiastic enthusiastic about. I just can't get the right temperature. Its either too hot or too cold when you only change it by a couple degrees and there's just no in between 🤷♀️
If the wax has hair inside it you should definitely throw it out. Using used wax with dead skin and hairs can cause irritation, inflimation and sometimes rashes or infections
Looks like the same wax that European Wax uses. Will be purchasing but I wish I was able to extract myself. When I get ingrown hairs I have to ask my man to get the tweezers.
Yes I have this wax and warmer and it works very well on facial hair and everywhere else I've used it (arms and pits, legs, Brazilian), especially if your skin is sensitive. Hard wax is better for facial hair because it only adheres to the hair, not the skin. I actually used this wax on my face today and went over a couple areas 3 times and it didn't cause any irritation and I have super sensitive skin.
@@tinadavies4195 soft wax stays tacky and has to be removed with muslin strips whereas hard waxis much less sticky and does not need strips for removal. Also, soft wax adheres to the skin so it exfoliates when you remove the strip which is why you cannot go over the same area twice with soft wax. Soft wax also picks up fine hairs better than hard wax. Hard wax doesn't adhere to the skin which makes it better for sensitive skin, and you can go over the same area 2-3 times, sometimes more. Also, hard wax can be applied in any direction while soft wax can only be applied in the direction of hair growth and removed in the opposite direction. Some people prefer to use soft wax on bigger areas such as the legs, back, and chest and hard wax on smaller areas such as the face and for Brazilian and others prefer to use hard wax for everything. Soft wax is cheaper and applied thinner than hard wax but it usually leaves a sticky residle while hard wax does not. While I always recommend that you get waxed by a professional instead of trying to do it at home, if you are determined to wax at home, you should invest in decent wax and a warmer and watch as many tutorials as possible of people who are waxing correctly. You'll come to know the difference between who's doing it right and who isn't by application techniques and results. Sorry for such a long response but I hope it helps 😊
I got this kit last summer and I love it!

After one time purchase what should I do? I mean then I only have to buy to wax beans as I already have these kits?

Ive just bought this kit.
Its nice seeing a beauty technician giving us a honest review.
I have this and love it. I'm just a big baby in terms of pulling it off.
What do you do with the used wax? Do you pour it out or can you let it cool and reuse it again at a later time?

If you don’t double dip it’s fine x
